Item was received several months after item had expiredI thought by now there would be new stock. Instead I get sent expired and flat batteries like the other reviewers here with the exact same "Use by" date of "10 -2021".Such a shame that Sony/Murata brand has to be smeared like this by resellers. These batteries are well priced, about 1/2 of the cost at the local Walgreens. Good value. It is now May 2022, and the batteries I received today were clearly marked "USE BY 01-2022".What a deal.I got these for my son's school (8th grade), so the Engineering class could use these to make bristle bots. They all seemed to work and everyone had a great time building them and it was educational too!Purchased in March 2022, batteries received says use by January 2022.Item description shows Murata brand and description says Murata purchased Sony in 2019. Batteries received were branded Sony and have an expiration date of 02-2021 indicating they are very old stock. What is worse is that the expiry dates printed on the back of the blister pack appear to have been deliberately obscured with a plain white label. Displeased! Item sold by HR Merchandise shipped by Amazon.Received Murata LR44 Batteries on 09/15/2021. These same batteries go Out Of Date 10/21 as noted on the reverse side of the battery blister package. Returning these very soon Out Of Date batteries.
