I ordered the Smart Guesser Pulse Oximeter as an inexpensive backup (half the price) to the Zacurate Pro Series 500 DL which I ordered at the same time. I didn't expect that I would like it better.You literally just stick your finger into the oximeter for it to work and then remove it to shut it off (That's it!).It will alarm if your pulse is hi (stating at 120) or low (50 or below) and the low oxygen alarm is 85 by default. All of these can be changed through the menu button long-press and selected via short-press. Short press by itself will cycles through 4 screen orientations with one adding a graph in the horizontal mode.GOOD - Smoothly animated non-pixelated display, no-brainer on/off, 3 helpful warning alarmsBAD - Finger must be in the device for the menus to work (may confuse some). alarm volume could be louder or adjustable.
