Using the same solar powered wrist watch since 2007, these rechargeable batteries are keeping it alive!In regards to watches today, if you have a quartz watch, you really would have to have a strong mind of knowing what your style is, and how you wear the timepiece. But when it has came down to solar watches, trying to find a replaceable, rechargeable solar cell for the watch is much more of a gambit. Considering, solar-powered watches use less changing, and get their energy by natural & artificial light. Still, light-powered watches also do need changing. Especially if you need to get them changed. But that is much harder said, because a lot of companies like Citizen and Seiko do not want to tell you where to go for getting the right rechargeable batteries. I have tried these solar, rechargeable batteries from Maxell. Honestly, not only did they not work, but they didn't fit my solar-powered watch as well. In fact, I had to wind up throwing the timepiece away, and get a replacement. Unless, manufacturer's start selling the rechargeable solar cell's just as much as the quartz, you are better off not buying these cell from Maxell. They aren't worth it.Price: DQuality & Setup: C-Overall: D+As described. Product packaging (white slip of paper with two batteries taped to it) was overlooked and went into the trash. Fortunately I read the packing slip, and dug them out of the trash. Suggest different media, different color of media.I had my watch for 11 years and love it. I replaced the battery and works great. Thanks.Well now I have the batteries to fit my solar watches , but there are no jewelers in this town that can put the batteries in the watch and I do not know how to install them , I’ll keep looking though for someone .This battery was the perfect replacement for my Timex Ironman Triathlon Solar Watch. The battery part number (ML2016) is stamped on the back of the watch case. The watch lit up as soon as I replaced the battery. The watch is now keeping perfect time. Before you order it make sure you can remove the back of the watch case. You need a very small Phillips-head screwdriver.Fresh batteries. Worked perfectly. Usually these batteries last about 5-6 years.
